Jane Watson Clark

Jane is a Psychodynamic Counsellor and also has many years’ experience working within the Mental Health field as a qualified nurse. She has supported individuals undertaking treatment for addiction, eating disorders,  anxiety , depression and difficulties with relationships and trauma .  She has experience in bereavement and loss, with particular interest in complex grief and suicide. although is happy to work with whatever you bring to the session.  

Jane seeks to provide a safe non-judgemental  and supportive space which allows you to focus on  understanding yourself and the relationships, past and present ,  within your life . She offers both long- and short-term Counselling  for both individuals and couples.

She holds a MA from Essex University in Psychodynamic Counselling and is currently studying for her professional doctorate.
